Fontaine Bleue Dining Room

The students and staff of Cambrian’s Hospitality department would like to welcome students, staff, and community guests to the Fontaine Bleue Dining Room. We invite you to join us for lunch, dinner, or a special occasion in our dining room, which is staffed by the students in the School of Hospitality as part of their practical learning experience.

The Fontaine Bleue Dining Room is located on the first floor of Cambrian’s Barrydowne campus and is accessible via John C. Mac Isaac Drive off Barrydowne. Pay and display parking is available in lot #13.

REGULAR Hours

Lunch | Wednesday and Friday: 11:45 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Reservations not required, but recommended.

Dinner | Wednesday and Thursday:
5:45 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Reservations required.

theme Nights

Starting in February 2012, Cambrian College’s Fontaine Bleue Dining Room is hosting a series of themed dinners that will feature traditional and fusion dishes. Diners can enjoy a single entrée or choose from the all-inclusive Table d’Hôte menu.

Lunch

Lunch is served Wednesday, and Friday (closed Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)
Reservations are from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (The dining area closes at 2 p.m.). Reservations are not required, but recommended.
Our dining room features freshly baked breads, homemade soups, salads, chef’s daily specials, homemade pasta, and sweet delights.

Dinner

Dinner is served Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Reservations are from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. (closing at 9 p.m.).
Our dining room features a superb menu of classical dishes and international food. Customers can enjoy a single entrée or choose from our all-inclusive Table d‘Hôte menu.
Theme dinners begin in February.
The cost of our main course is between $16.99 to $18.99, and the Table d‘Hôte between $22.99 to $24.99.
We have a full-service, licensed bar and wine list to complement your meal.
Take out meals are available for lunch and dinner.
