The roots of Cambrian's Learning Centre go back to the early 1980's. Over the years, The Learning Centre has successfully evolved into two efficient and supportive components: General Arts and Science and Tutorial Services.

General Arts and Science has three options: College Exploration (GAEP), a one-year General Arts and Science Certificate (GAPG), or a two-year General Arts and Science Diploma (GASP).

Tutorial Services, free for students, include professional tutoring by Learning Centre Staff members, and peer tutoring.

To provide individualized learning opportunities and ongoing support to diverse populations of students, both in accessing Cambrian College and in meeting their individual learning goals.
