Cambrian College's eLearning team supports the College's focus on providing education and resources to students and faculty through a number of technology formats.

In the delivery of its mandate, the College's eLearning team uses a suite of tools, including a Learning Management System (LMS), the eDome, and others.

First Time User of Moodle?
Once you login successfully from this page, you will be required to complete your Moodle “profile” the FIRST TIME ONLY. Once you see the form, enter a valid email address (e.g. first_initial.lastname@mycambrian.ca, if you are using Cambrian College’s student email system, or any other email address you wish to use for forwarded communications outside of Moodle) .You will also need to enter a “city” and then select “country” from the drop down list. Once finished, click on the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the form. That’s it! You can now access your Moodle courses, assuming (1) you are registered, and (2) your professor is using Moodle for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: this profile completion step is mandatory – you must complete this process before you can access your Moodle courses. (Thanks to the students who have pointed out this detail – previous information was not clear regarding this restriction.)

Cambrian's eLearning's responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership with respect to the College's eLearning environment.
• Support the use of instructional technology at Cambrian College.
• Producing/directing eLearning content development in collaboration with subject matter experts that include Cambrian faculty and staff, and external company experts, etc.
• Liaising with the Quality Standards Online Review Committee (QSORC) to ensure best in class eLearning
