The Student Centre is a full-service, licensed eatery/bar, located on the main floor of the Barrydowne campus near the Glenn Crombie Centre. The Student Centre, which opened in 2004, was designed and funded in conjunction with the Cambrian student governments. It provides a place for student study activities; an environment where staff and students can interact; an entertainment venue; and a convenient and affordable place to eat, drink, and wind down!
On The Rocks offers healthy, daily luncheon specials and a lunch express menu for those that want to grab something on the go between classes.
Enjoy a delicious meal or tasty snacks, lounge with friends by the fireplace or surf the Net.

- A meal plan (see right), so you never have to worry about bringing lunch money; all you need is your swipe card and money can be added any time and at your discretion.

On The Rocks Student Meal Plan Card
You can pick up your meal plan card at On The Rocks when you start your semester. Cards will not be mailed out.
What if I lose my card?
It is important that you report a lost or stolen card to the On The Rocks manager immediately. Only by reporting your card missing can you protect your meal plan balance. You will be responsible for any unauthorized purchases up to the time you report the missing card. The missing card will be deactivated and a new one issued at a cost of $10.
Can I increase the value of my plan?
After purchasing an initial $150 plan, you may increase the value at any time. Just visit On The Rocks and speak with our office assistant.
Where can the card be used?
This meal plan card can be used at On The Rocks for food purchases only. You cannot purchase alcohol on this card.
Does my balance roll over into next year if I don’t use it all?
Yes, as long as there is money on your card, you can continue to use it.
