Register Now for Motorcycle Training at Cambrian College

Cambrian College, through its School of Continuing Education, is currently accepting registrations for the 2010 spring/summer semester of Motorcycle Training.

Based on Canada Safety Council’s Gearing Up curriculum, Cambrian’s 20-hour course provides instruction in motorcycle driving, safety, and maintenance and includes practical experience using motorcycles provided by the College.

Cambrian is also offering a three-hour introductory course for those who want to try out motorcycling before undertaking the complete training course. This course will touch on the use of brakes, starting the motorcycle, and the basic use of the clutch.

More information about the course is available at www.cambriancollege.ca/continuing. Registration can be completed in person at the School of Continuing Education office located at Cambrian’s Barrydowne campus, room 2207, or by calling (705) 560-0330. Online registration for this course will open on April 10, 2010, when regular registration opens for all spring/summer semester Continuing Education courses.
