On August 27, Cambrian College's Sustainable Energy Centre and the Northern Centre for Advanced Technology (NORCAT) received funding support from the Provincial Government through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund.  NORCAT received $1.5 million to support construction of a 40,000-square foot innovation and commercialization park and the College received $1 million for the establishment of a Sustainable Energy Centre.
