Larry Bouchard, Cambrian's Dean of the Centre for Community and Workforce Development, received the J. David Stewart Memorial Leadership Award for Management Personnel at a ceremony in London, Ontario on October 25, 2007.

The award recognizes a member of a Continuing Education department in an Ontario college who has made an outstanding contribution to or has taken a leadership role in their respective area of responsibility. Nominations are judged on a variety of criteria including the qualities of leadership, integrity and professionalism, and promotion of quality in education.
