Cambrian Faculty and Students Participate in Royal Winter Fair

Faculty and students from Cambrian College's Chef Training program were at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto on Thursday, November 8 to participate in a cooking demonstration that showcased northern cuisine. Faculty members Kim Coates and Norm Ethier demonstrated how to cook beer-battered pickerel cheeks with a maple sauce and apple tartar, while students Norma Whalen and Roni Turner prepared samples for Fair attendees to taste.
