Enock Kibendela, Regional Director of the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) in Tanzania, was at Cambrian College on November 24 to meet with staff from the College’s International office and to make a presentation focusing the country’s economy, mining industry and tourism. Attending the presentation were students, staff and faculty from the College’s Business, Travel and Tourism, and Mining and Geology programs.

Mr. Kibendela, in his role as the director of VETA, will work with Cambrian College and its Tanzanian partner, the Mwanza Regional Vocational Training Centre, to deliver mining-related training in Tanzania.
