Students of Cambrian College's Chef Training and Hotel/Restaurant Management programs participated in the Emerging Leaders Conference and Tradeshow, held September 10, 2008.  The guest speaker, executive chef and popular television host of Restaurant Makeover, David Adjey, spoke to the students about the importance of leadership and their College education, including his experiences as a chef.  Students also participated in a speed networking session with local professionals and a question and answer period.
