Civil Engineering graduate Jessica DeWaepenaere is the 2009 recipient of the Carole and George Fletcher Foundation Award, which is sponsored by the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT). The award consists of a $350 scholarship and a Certificate of Recognition.

The award was presented to Jessica on May 28, 2009, by Brent Eckert, Civil Engineering professor and a member of the Cambrian College Board of Governors.
