On Thursday, January 25, at the College’s Barrydowne campus, second- and third-year Computer Systems Technology students were exposed to advanced networking technologies (wireless, Voice over IP, Security) during presentations conducted by Casey Kewais, a Cisco Networking System Engineer for Cisco Systems.
Casey is also a 2004 graduate of Cambrian’s three-year Computer Systems Technology (CETY) program, who is on a cross-Canada educational tour in the Cisco Systems Networking on Wheels (NOW) van, a specially-equipped van that is outfitted with the state-of-the-art networking devices.
