On June 25, 2009, eight employees from Xstrata Nickel became the first employees from the company to obtain an Ontario Management Development Program - OMDP certificate from The Enterprise Centre at Cambrian College. This certificate program provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their leadership and organizational skills - skills that are necessary for workplace success. This year, over one hundred organizations in the Sudbury area have taken advantage of professional development opportunities through The Enterprise Centre.
