Cambrian College and the local Workforce Partnership Board provided grade seven and eight students in the Sudbury area with the opportunity for hands-on trades experience in the Mobile Skilled Trades Lab, a unique 53-foot trailer, which houses special work stations that facilitate learning experiences geared to the trades.

From May 3 - 5, students from ten area elementary schools were given the opportunity to explore the carpentry trade through a session that consisted of a safety lesson and practical experience under the guidance of a qualified trades professional.
