The Early Childhood Education faculty in Cambrian College's School of Community Services is the 2009 recipient of the President's Award for Excellence - Outstanding Service by a Team. The award recognizes exemplary service of a Cambrian team for the benefit of the College community.

The development and delivery of the Early Childhood Education - Alternate Delivery program was a first for Cambrian College and a first in Ontario. Together, the team recognized a need for this unique program and took collaborative action to make it happen.
