How is the Program delivered?
Let’s Talk Science is delivered to students in local schools and surrounding communities and is driven by hundreds of volunteers and coordinators throughout the 22 college and university campuses (Cambrian being the only College campus) across Canada.
Cambrian College, in collaboration with the Rainbow District School Board, delivers the Let’s Talk Science Partnership Program to local elementary schools through the efforts of volunteers and coordinators. The volunteers work closely with the coordinators, the participating schools, and the schools’ teachers. The program consists of monthly visits to each participating school and the proper delivery of hands-on interactive science activities to get the students enthused about science.
Although Cambrian pursues the Partnership Program, other programs such as Wings of Discovery are offered as well. More details are available at www.letstalkscience.ca.
