Distance Education

  What is Distance Education?

Distance Education is the provision of particular courses and programs to students who are not within convenient driving distances to the Cambrian College campus. Course delivery is instructor-led through a teleconferencing network called Contact North. Students meet one night a week at the Contact North Site nearest to their community to participate in learning activities and lectures.

Contact with the instructor outside of class hours can be conducted by telephone or by e-mail.
